Santa Clara County 2-1-1 is a free, confidential, non-emergency information and referral service that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week in multiple languages. 2-1-1 connects Bay Area residents to health and human services.

LifeMoves provides prevention and supportive services to help families and individuals mitigate the trauma of experiencing homelessness. LifeMoves services include: family services, single adult services, verteran services, community outreach programs, and shelter assistance.
West Valley Community Services (WVCS) comprehensive programs are offered under one roof and are free of charge to low income and homeless families in the west valley region of Santa Clara County. WVCS provides helpful information and referrals to clients in collaboration with other human service agencies in the community. WVCS services include: food, housing, support & mobile/RV sites.
