Request a Program or Service

Please complete the following Request Form to schedule a program or service.

• Santa Clara County Fire Department participation is limited to the communities we serve: Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, Saratoga, and unincorporated communities within Santa Clara County.
• Program or Service Requests must be requested and submitted at least two (2) weeks in advance; and no more than 45 days prior to your request date.
• Requests will be filled based on available resources.
• Firefighters remain “in service” at all times and may need to leave quickly to respond to a 9-1-1 call.
• DO NOT request a resource booth AND a fire engine in the same request for one event. Please CREATE TWO REQUESTS – one for the resource booth and one for the fire engine.
