Engine 17 is a 2008 KME with a 1250gpm (4740 l/m) pump and a 600 gallon (2270 l) tank.
Rescue 17, is a 2010 KME with a 1250gpm (4730 l/m) pump and a 500 gallon (1890 l) tank.
Engine 317 is a 2009 Placer/International Type 3 4x4 with a 500gpm (1890 l/m) pump and a 500 gallon (1890 l) tank. Photos taken 23 Jul 2009.
Saratoga Engine 30 is a 1990 Hi-Tech Spartan with a 1500gpm (5685 l/m) pump and a 500 gallon (1890 l) tank. It will continue as a reserve rig, run by the Volunteers.
Reserve Engine 117, formerly Engine 7, is a 1992 Hi-Tech/Spartan with a 1500gpm (5685 l/m) pump.
Now running as County Engine 408, former Saratoga Patrol 30 was a 2002 Ford F550/Ferrara 4x4 with a 500gpm (1890 l/m) pump-and-roll pump and a 360 gallon (1360 l) tank. It had under-cab water nozzles that allow it to protect itself and spray while driving. After the merger with Saratoga Fire and prior to it's major modification, this heavily overloaded rig was identified as Patrol 17. The specifications listed here are pre-modification, which included removal of the water nozzles and reducing the tank size to 200 gallons (760 l).
Rescue 17, originally Saratoga Rescue 30, was a 2002 Ferrara Inferno with a 1500gpm (5685 l/m) pump and a 500 gallon (1890 l) tank. It was sold in 2010. Left: As Rescue 30, prior to redesignation. Right: as Rescue 17.
Former Saratoga Engine 31, which ran briefly as County Engine 17, is a 1990 FMC Simon Duplex with a 1500gpm (5685 l/m) pump and a 500 gallon (1890 l) tank. It was retired in 2008.
Saratoga Battalion 30 was a Ford Expedition 4x4.
