Jefferson station was located at 1150 Reed Av, on the Santa Clara/Sunnyvale border. Opened in May 1950, it was closed in 1964 as it's first due area was annexed by the cities. This image was taken from a photocopy of the original official county photo, which was destroyed. Date unknown.

Tanker 2, thought to be a military surplus 1947 International KB-11 451 COE tractor with a 500gpm pump and a 2000 gallon tank. According to research, however, it appears to be a military surplus International 5 Ton Truck Tractor, 4x2, M426. Photo 1952.
