Gas Explosion and Fire, Los Gatos Auto Mall, 7 January 2005.

Two alarm gas explosion and fire caused by plumbers installing a water heater at the Los Gatos Auto Mall on Los Gatos Blvd at Lark Avenue in Los Gatos, leaving three people injured. The explosion was heard over a mile away. After the explosion there were more than 40 emergency vehicles present, including at least five helicopters, fire engines, ambulances, and police cars.
Rescue Response, Highway 17 at Moody Curve, 19 October 2005.

Engine 4, Rescue 3 and Battalion 3, along with CDF Engines 1673 and 1768, and CDF Battalion 1613, extricate and rescue a single passenger from an automobile that went approximately 60' (18M) down a cliff. Rescue lines are used to haul the patient's stretcher up the hillside. The unconscious patent was transported to the hospital via Life Flight helicopter.
